Con AFXForm se hace un diseño del formulario en la pantalla de la Computadora (incluso se puede escanear el formulario para hacerlo mas rápido), colocando sobre los espacios a llenar unas cajas de texto. En estas cajas se escribirán los datos que van en las casillas del formulario. Luego se introduce un formulario en blanco en la impresora, y en este se imprimirá solamente el contenido de las cajas de texto, llenando así los espacios en blanco del formulario. Este diseño se guarda, y es vuelto a usar cada vez que se debe llenar el mismo formulario.
No mas tareas repetitivas como escribir el nombre y dirección de la Compañía cada vez que se debe llenar un formulario
El formulario es completado con la prolijidad propia de la impresora, con la posibilidad de elegir el tipo y estilo del carácter (negrita e itálico)
