An HTML Editor with Page Samples that demystify the process of creating Web Pages using HTML and Cascading Style Sheets. It runs on Windows 98, ME, XP, and 2000 with IE5 or IE6 and a minimum screen size of 1024 by 768 pixels. A "Getting Started" tutorial demonstrates how to use the program by illustrating how to create Web Pages using HTML and CSS. The Page Samples describe the WCAG and Section 508 allowing Web Sites to be accessible for all. You may Edit a Source File and view the changes immediately in the built-in Browser.
