Alchemy DBF Access is a set of C++ classes, used to provide developers with direct access to database tables.Alchemy DBF Access does not use ODBC, BDE, DAO, or any other database drivers to access the data, so you do not need to distribute megabytes of database drivers. Alchemy DBF Access currently supports only dBase III+ tables and is provided as an object file that can be linked into a program that has been created with any C++ compiler. These include: Microsoft Visual C++, Watcom C, Borland C++, Borland C++ Builder, and GNU C++.This program was previously known as Alchemy Direct Data Access.
