Converts plain text files into rich text (RTF). It recognises headings, bullets, indentation levels, tables and much more. Headings are marked up in Heading styles, ready for the TOC. The user can choose the fonts to be used, and supply title, keywords etc. stored as document properties. Program options can be saved to "policy files" and reused. Console and API versions available. A great time saver.
