Astice - Timetable is a smart diary and personal organizer. This software is designed as a universal tool for resource management, appointment booking and time managing. You can manage physical resources like equipment or rooms as well as human resources like employees together with their duties and their appointments.
This software uses time tables for input and display of resource management. A time table has its real world counterpart in those steel notice boards with small magnetic stripes. You can manage almost any type of booking or appointment with Astice - Timetable.
Data storage is powered by an embedded SQL server. Several people can use the same time table at the same time. Changes by one user will automatically be forwarded to other users using the same time table. You can create and maintain as many time tables as you want. (E.g. one for your rooms, one for your employees etc.)
