AtSpec is an inexpensive high performance FFT Spectrum Analyser package not reliant on dedicated hardware. It provides a device independent layer through which to communicate with an input device from which it aquires the signal data to be analysed. As standard AtSpec is provided with a driver to interface to any wave input device (sound blaster) supported under Windows. AtSpec is supported under Windows 32s, Windows 95 and Windows NT platforms.
