Using BlinkingBar, you can decorate your desktop and make your taskbar translucent, blinking or hiding. Tranclucent taskbar allows you to see the whole wallpaper on your desktop making an illusion that your desktop has become larger. Blinking mode will make your static and boring desktop animated. When you are not using taskbar, hiding mode will make it almost imperceptible.
