The FutureWare Personal GlucoseTracker program for PC and Palm maintains a history of daily blood glucose, ketone level, exercise and insulin readings, which are displayed in a color-coded bar chart. These can be printed in bargraph, linegraph or tabular form, which can be faxed to a physician or other health provider office. The readings can also be emailed to a physician or other health provider for remote monitoring.
