| LIVECHAT Communicator is a secure corporate instant messenger. It enables fast and intuitive IM contact between all the employees, allows creating secure (encrypted with SSL) private chats and conferences using one of many protocols (ICQ, MSN, Skype, Gadu-Gadu, LIVECHAT). All the instant messaging flow is monitored and can be managed by administrator, who manages all the employees rights and keeps them sorted into departaments. It is possible to block external IM protocols and have all the employees use just the LIVECHAT protocol. Communicator is also ready to be used as a SIP/VoiP phone. All the users have access to the shared history of public chats what creates an internal knowledge base in the corporation. If it is needed, the application allows to take over other user’s desktop with the remote desktop feature, but only after his agreement.
