Recovery of accidentally deleted Active Directory objects and rolling back unauthorized changes to users, groups, and other information in Active Directory is a routine and sometimes impossible to do task. Rolling back accidental deletions of users and OUs requires deep understanding of AD architecture and tombstone, with results still not guaranteed (e.g., can't recover user group membership, enabled/disabled status, remote access settings, etc).
