These include Backpropagation, Counterpropagation, Brain-State-in-a-Box, and Discrete Autocorrelator. You can use NeuralCAD to perform numerical pattern recognition for either arbitrary analog data, or discrete bi-polar data. Data can be scaled and can also be input and read from any of the networks either manually or from files.
