Perl Builder offers a visual editor and debugger along with a CGI Wizard that lets you write scripts without writing code. A CGI simulator lets you run, debug, and test scripts on the Windows desktop, even without a Web server installed. Output such as dynamic HTML and automated e-mail messages can be examined visually in the IDE. Features of Perl Builder include: syntax highlighting, automatic indentation, and a full-featured debugger with mouse-over variable inspection, single step, watches, data structure dump, and more.
