This tool set will enable the user to create complex animations settings, save and re-use them at any time by applying them from the library to the currently selected object(s). The ToolBar      The Effects Library Toolbar has 4 basic buttons. Apply Effects Save Effects Apply Settings Organize Library Apply Effects     Apply Effects shows pulldown menus of the categories and effects in your current library. Click on an effect and it is applied to the currently selected shape(s). Save Effects    Save Effects shows pulldown menus of the categories and effects in your current library PLUS a New Category and New Effect button. Click on New Effect to save the effects attached to the currently selected object or Click on an effect to overwrite that saved effect with the effects attached to the currently selected object. Apply Settings     Apply Settings allows a user to change the defaults for applying effects. All effects are saved with their 'Start' options and 'Timing' options. PowerTools Effects Library allows you to change these properties upon applying effects. A setting of 'Default' will apply the setting that is saved with the effect. Additionally, if you choose to change the 'Start' to, for example, 'on click' you can choose whether you want to change ONLY the first effect OR change all the effects saved. Organize Library     The Library Organizer allows for Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete Categories and Effects. You can also Create Categories from the form and change the order that categories and effects will show up in the menus. This is also the place you would come to create new libraries, open libraries and save libraries.
