Touch Commander is a small software utility that provides fingertip control for PDAs and smartphones for more efficient, natural touch screen navigation. Just like an iPhone and TouchFLO, Touch Commander lets you browse and scroll a PDA interface, launch applications by recognizing and responding to the sweep of a finger across the screen.
