Touch Commander is a small software utility that provides fingertip control for Pocket PC for more efficient, natural touch screen navigation. Just like an iPhone and TouchFLO, Touch Commander lets you browse and scroll a Pocket PC interface, launch applications by recognizing and responding to the sweep of a finger across the screen.
