TrayText gives you quick access to your favorite autotext items (stock phrases or 'boilerplate' text) from within any application.You probably have your frequently-used phrases set up in a word-processor.

TrayText gives you quick access to your favorite autotext items (stock phrases or 'boilerplate' text) from within any application.You probably have your frequently-used phrases set up in a word-processor. But what about when you are using an e-mail program, a database or a desktop publisher? TrayText is the simple answer. Left-click the TrayText icon in the System Tray, and a menu will appear showing the text items you have stored. Click the item you want and it will be 'typed' in for you in the application you are using. Instead of clicking with the mouse, you can use key combinations (e.g. Ctrl-Alt-T) so that your hands never leave the keyboard. Text items can be up to 32k each. TrayText also has a useful Spike feature that lets you collect text from different applications, and then insert all of it into one document or application.
