Ultimate Paint is a full-featured graphics application which allows you to create, view, and manipulate images.You can paint your own picture, and scan or touch up an existing image which can be in any one of the following formats: AVI (reading only), BMP, EMF, GIF, ICO (reading only), IFF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, TGA, and WMF. The program is customizable, features built-in image and effect browsers, and includes hundreds of plug-in effects and filters. It features multiple undo/redo capability, total control over file parameters, and Adobe plug-in and Filter Factory support. In addition, you can print your image, setting its size, position, and orientation; and resize, rotate, and flood fill it, as well as add text to it.
