War FTP Daemon is an excellent FTP server.It combines high-level Unix-style security features and emulation with a fast, multithreaded design. Features include: OLE support; a variety of configuration options; user groups and classes; automatic shutdown when the last user has logged off; a report generator; disk quotas; remote administration; a remote administration API; and much more. On Windows NT, it can run as an application or as a service.
