WordBanker is a unique method of helping you to improve your English Vocabulary.
Do you have trouble memorising new words or phrases ? WordBanker's "Visual Clue" method of testing means you learn without even realising it. The program comes with approximately 2700 words and you can add as many as you like as well as create your own categories.

Approximately 2700 words are included with each WordBanker installation. These include only the kinds of words you are likely to use in every day conversation. Categories include verbs, food and eating out, first phrases, numbers, time etc
All words can be edited.
If you don't like our definition of a word just change it to one of your liking.
Option to cover the multiple choices to remove the "visual clue".
As you gain confidence you may like to cover the multple choices and select the answer before seeing the list of choices. The cover can be lifted after you press a button or after a set amount of time. Option to test using your favourite words.Testing using all the words available means you will be learning a lot of words you may never need or hear. Alternatively you can choose test only with your favourite words which are those words you are more likely to use. We have selected around 700 words but you can add or take away as many as you want.
A fully customisable "Practice Mode".
In practice mode you can select the number of words you want to practice , the gap between each word, whether to play continuously and many other variations. Just leave the practice running whilst you are doing something else and learn without even realising it.
Print lists of your unbanked words
Create lists of your unbanked words and leave them around the house.
Create up to 3 categories of your own, easily adding and recording your own words.
Send difficult words to a "Hotlist".
Some words can be very stubborn to remember. During a test you can send words to a Hotlist and then at a later date test yourself only on those words.
Single or multiple users with "User Management" .
Ideal for parents or teachers who want to control and monitor their children/students.
A summary and "Banked Meter" to monitor progress.

Banking words enables you to test yourself only on the words you don't now.
Don't waste time testing yourself on words you already know A dictionary containing an up to date collection of all standard and custom words in your collection. Can be adapted to test yourself on other subjects. There is nothing to stop you adapting one of the custom categories to help you pass other types of exams. For example you may have a history exam coming up. Just use one of the custom category to add questions.
