XP Home Permissions Manager
Normally XP/Vista Home does not have a permissions editor (like Windows XP Pro), so user have to use console tool cacls.exe. XP Home Permissions manager is software provides a GUI to manage files and folders permissions on Microsoft Windows XP/Vista Home editions. Permissions manager is implemented as shell extension. This allows anyone to put "Security" property page to "Properties" page of any object shell interacts with. The software is 100% compatible with Vista's UAC.
