This program will not change the file, or any elements of the file or directories it is contained in. Change icons for your HTML documents, your programming source files, your memos, any file, text or binary, can have a custom icon. IconCommander also allows you to change system icons, associated icons and how 'Windows Explorer' displays the icon. Some interesting features of this program are: you can remove the shortcut overlays, change the icons for items like 'Network Neighborhood', 'Recycle Bin', etcetera.
