MP3 Files for more then just music. MP3 and more recently WMA files are a great way to keep and transport your music. With the advent of legal services making downloads of this nature possible file mediums such as this will become more and more important in the future. Like most new medium audio compression formats can be both a bane and a blessing at the same time. While they are very convenient to use in a computer for playback they can become a bit unwieldy in other devices such as portable and even "boombox" size devices. I have a mp3 stereo in my car that is made by Kenwood and it is top of the line, but it suffers seriously in some regards. * It is very difficult to fast forward to a location on the disk that I want to hear.
