When a new fax arrives or a fax is moved to another folder, interested users are automatically notified by e-mail, pager, or wireless phone. The user simply goes to nearest web browser to read the fax. Web browsers are appearing everywhere in public places -- at an airport, shopping mall, cyber-cafU, or library, etc. Faxes can also be forwarded as e-mail attachment, if a user chooses. For companies concerned with security, RunFAX can be used with secure web server for encryption.
