Easy to use invoice software that still produces professional invoices and quotes. Our invoicing package includes multiple professional invoice templates as well as an easy to use invoice designer. Includes handy payment tracking, recurring invoices and email invoice features. Also lets you raise credit notes and quotes as well as issue customer statements and print off delivery notes. The new V3 version includes numerous updates and usability improvements including support for purchase orders and storing supplier data. Every user has unique requirements and our intuitive, built-in invoice template editor lets you modify the templates as needed. The invoice editor gives you loads of flexibility in changing the font, color and layout of invoice items. You can also easily add extra bitmaps, logos and labels to your invoices. Multiples sales reports are included so you can see your sales turnover at a glance. All the sales reports can be exported to Excel. SliQ Invoicing Plus also lets you email invoice, quotes, credit notes and customer statements as PDFs. Bulk emailing of recurring invoices can be performed with a couple of mouse clicks and a customer statement wizard lets you email or print statements for all customers with outstanding balances in a few mouse clicks. Amongst many new features, V3 lets you password protect company files to protect your data in a shared environment, add custom fields to invoices, quotes and orders, show units on product and invoice line data as well as track quote statuses and produce reports of quotes that haven't yet been invoiced.
